Our dynamic mentality allows us to manufacture your tooling using the right mix of modern and traditional methodologies. We use process shortening strategies and high-speed machining for rapid and responsive part manufacture. Using time earned, very skilled manual processes, we build parts into the final, functional tool.

We analyze the component to check for feasibility and offer optimisation possibilities before manufacture. We support design or engineering team by advising on tool format, draft angles, wall sections and the feed type to suit the injection moulding process. We can design and produce mould tool from beginning to finish and will advise on the best results and solve problem of any tooling issues prior to manufacture. We can run and repair existing tooling in addition to building new program tooling.
